A standard meeting of the Raintree Condominium Association was held on last 15th of September, 2023 at 7:30 PM in the Association Hall. The meeting was fair, with many residents in attendance. The meeting was led by Board President Jones.
Previous meeting minutes were reviewed and approved. A discussion recent maintenance schedule affecting residents.
- Residents expressed concerns regarding the amount of disruption caused by the project.
- A motion was made and seconded|The board agreed to a timeline for, with an estimated completion date winter.
- Other issues discussed at the meeting were installing a new security system.
Adjournment took place at 8:30 PM. The next scheduled meeting will be held on the third Thursday of December.
